You do not own analog night vision yet. Start with a PVS-14 kit: the ADV-COTI needs a tube to clip onto.
You want a thermal you can hold up and scan with on its own. The ADV-COTI has no eyepiece of its own: buy the PREDATOR.
You need zoom on the thermal image. The ADV-COTI is 1x by design so it lines up with a 1x tube.
You want it duty free outside the USA. Only US orders are duty free; elsewhere the buyer pays import duties and fees.
