SHIPPING INFO
Built to order, then shipped. Here is exactly how long each part takes.
Analog night vision is not pulled off a shelf. Every PVS unit is assembled, collimated and quality checked against your specific tube assignment after you order. This page tells you what that means for your delivery date, what ships separately, and what happens if you need to cancel.
Two clocks, not one.
Almost every question we get about delivery comes from people reading one number and assuming it covers everything. It does not. There are two separate stages, and only the first one is under our control.
The unit is assembled, collimated and QC passed against your FOM tier. This is the number in the tables below. It is measured from order confirmation to the moment the carrier label prints.
Carrier time from our facility to your door. This is added on top of the build time and varies by destination and service level. Customs clearance is not included in any estimate.
A tracking number is emailed the same day the label prints. Multi item orders generate more than one number because parts of your order leave from different places.
Read it as build plus transit
If a PVS-14 shows a four week build and you are in the continental United States, your realistic door date is four weeks plus domestic carrier transit, not four weeks total. We would rather you plan against the honest number than be disappointed by a tighter one.
Lead times, order confirmation to shipment.
Higher figure of merit tiers take longer because the tube inventory is thinner and the collimation pass is more rigorous. These are ranges we hold ourselves to, not best case marketing numbers. If your unit clears QC early it ships early.
White phosphor and PRO housings
PRO housing and white phosphor variants follow the same build time as their FOM tier. Choosing a PRO housing does not add a separate delay on top.
Your order can arrive in more than one box.
This is the single most common support question we get, so it is worth being blunt about it. If your order has a goggle and accessories on it, those items almost never travel together.
If the goggle is still being built and the mount is sitting in stock, we send the mount. We do not hold ready items hostage to a unit that is still on the bench.
Each parcel gets its own number, emailed as its label prints. Two emails does not mean two orders, and it does not mean you have been charged twice.
We hold stock across North America, Europe and East Asia. Items ship from whichever location can serve you fastest.
Some accessories may ship from an international warehouse depending on stock at the time you order. When that happens it is disclosed on your order confirmation, and transit runs 7 to 14 business days.
Missing something from a delivered box?
Check your order confirmation for a second tracking number before contacting us. If there is only one number and an item is genuinely missing, contact us and we will resolve it, but the overwhelming majority of these turn out to be a second parcel still in transit.
What you pay to get it to the door.
Free shipping on every goggle order. Accessories bought on their own ship at a flat rate under 100 dollars and free at 100 dollars and above.
Worldwide shipping is available. Duties, taxes and customs fees on goggle orders are prepaid by us, so the unit lands with nothing further owed at the door.
Lasers, helmets and similar items may need extra documentation for certain destinations. If yours does, we contact you directly rather than letting the order sit.
Analog units leaving the United States
Analog Gen 2+ image intensifier hardware is export controlled. Orders for PVS-14 and PVS-31 destined outside the United States are reviewed for export compliance before we accept and build them. If your destination is not one we can lawfully serve, we cancel and refund in full rather than ship and hope.
Customs delays are outside every estimate
No figure on this page includes time a parcel spends in customs. We prepay duties to make clearance as clean as possible, but we do not control how long an inspection takes.
What it costs to stop a build.
Because analog units enter the assembly queue within hours of the order landing, cancellation terms are structured around what has actually been committed. These are cost recovery, not penalties.
We do use judgement
If a cancellation lands within the first few business days and the build has genuinely not moved, we look at it case by case and waive the 10 percent where we can. Ask.
Do not file a chargeback
A chargeback automatically cancels your order and blocks us from reshipping if the parcel clears. It is slower for you than simply asking. Email us and we process refunds immediately.
Emails you should expect.
Sent immediately. Lists every item, and flags any line that will ship from a separate location.
For analog orders, we write when your unit enters and clears the collimation and QC stage.
Sent the day the carrier label prints, with the tracking number for that specific parcel.
Write in and you reach someone here, usually within one business day. We answer our own email.
Ask before you guess.
If your tracking has not moved, an item is missing from a box, or you need a unit by a specific date, tell us and we will give you a straight answer about where it actually is.
Build times on this page are measured from order confirmation to shipment and do not include carrier transit or customs clearance. Estimates are held in good faith and updated as production conditions change.
