AGENCY SALES

NIGHT OPERATORS / AGENCY SALES

Equip the whole team, not just the one guy with a budget.

Most departments own two or three sets of tubes and rotate them. That is not a capability, it is a demonstration. Our pricing exists so a shift can be equipped end to end for what a single dealer priced binocular normally costs.

What you get that a dealer will not give you.

We are not a reseller. We work directly with our manufacturing partner, which is the only reason these numbers are possible and the only reason we can tell you what is actually inside the housing.

Measured, not specced

Every analog unit ships with a printed QC sheet for that serial number: resolution in lp/mm, signal to noise, figure of merit and a blemish map. Not the manufacturer stock sheet. If you are writing a spec, you can hold us to the number on the paper in the case.

Stock depth for fleet orders

We hold inventory across every FOM tier rather than building to order one unit at a time. Orders up to 10 units typically ship within 5 business days. Larger fleet orders are scheduled against a written delivery date at quote, not estimated afterwards.

Procurement paperwork

Formal written quotes valid 60 days, W-9, sole source justification letters, insurance certificates and line item invoices on request. Net 30 available on approved purchase orders. We take government cards, POs, ACH and wire.

Onboarding after delivery

Every fleet order includes a live setup and orientation session covering mounting, focus and diopter, gain management, IR discipline, battery and storage. Run it once for the whole shift or twice to cover both rotations. No charge either way.

Agency pricing tiers.

Applied against current retail, across the analog and digital lines. Tiers count total units on a single purchase order, so mixing PVS-14 and PVS-31 on one order still reaches the tier.

Squad · 3 to 9 units
5%

The entry tier. Enough to put working tubes on a tactical team or a K9 unit without a formal capital request.

Shift · 10 to 24 units
10%

Where most departments land. Equips a full shift with spares, and unlocks a second onboarding session at no cost.

Fleet · 25 units plus
15%

Department wide. Includes scheduled delivery dates and a named account contact.

How to read this

  • PVS-14 and PVS-31 are the duty platforms. Both are real Gen 2+ autogated tubes with per unit QC sheets. This is what belongs on a helmet on shift.
  • HEAT is detection, not navigation. Thermal finds a body temperature target through brush and smoke. It does not let you drive, read a map or identify a face. It complements tubes, it does not replace them.
  • VIPER is a training tool. At this price a department can buy twenty of them for familiarisation, land navigation and force on force, and keep the analog units for operational use. Do not put it on a duty helmet.
  • Tier pricing is not stackable with sale pricing, clearance or individual program discounts.
  • One exclusion. The 1800 FOM standard housing PVS-14 is capped at the 10 percent tier. That tube costs us close to what the housing sells for, and we would rather tell you that than quietly drop it from the quote.

Two steps, no pressure in either of them.

Every agency has a different gap. Rather than sending a catalogue and a price list, we work the problem first and quote second.

STEP 01
Scoping call

Twenty minutes on the phone or video. What can your people currently do after dark, where does it break down, how many operators need covering, and what does the budget cycle look like. If Gen 2+ is the wrong answer for your requirement, this is where we tell you.

STEP 02
Debrief and quote

A short call on what worked and what did not, then a formal written quote valid for 60 days with the tier applied. Delivery dates are committed in writing at this stage, not estimated after the PO lands.
