Warranty Coverage:

By purchasing this warranty, you will have unlimited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

This warranty only covers our goggles (PRO 1.0, MAX 2.0, FUSION 3.0)

What the Warranty Covers:

Manufacturing Defects: If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unmodified, and unaltered items are covered.
Components and Workmanship: We cover components and workmanship issues that affect the operational functionality of the digital night vision goggles.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, is not covered.
Accidental Damage: Damage from accidents, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or any modifications to the product voids the warranty.
Lost or Stolen Items: This warranty does not cover loss or theft of the product.
Damage from External Causes: Damage from external causes such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and other acts of nature are not covered under this warranty.

 

Warranty Service:

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty service, contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We may require proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
Assessment: We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if the warranty applies. If the issue is covered, we will proceed with the repair or replacement.
Repair or Replacement: We aim to repair defective units where possible. If repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement unit. Replacement units may be refurbished or new, at our discretion.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility. We will cover the return shipping costs of repaired or replaced units.

 

Limitation of Damages:

In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The terms of this warranty shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased.

Changes to the Warranty:

We reserve the right to modify this warranty at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
