this is a nice product to use at night. it would be better if I could have both units focus together. i recieved the hardware for a head mount, but it was missing the duck tail reciever for the head mount. the only way to use it is if you hold it with ur hands. very disapointed.

Love the battery’s the only thing I don’t like was the charger but for the price it’s not bad just took forever to charge

HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit

After purchasing one of the viper units with the helmet mount setups and spare batteries with the charger, I was so impressed with the improvements over the mark one unit I bought years ago, I bought a second one to have a duel tube setup to maximise my capabilities for milsim night ops

HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit

I find the extra battery kit very useful because I purchased the Heat & Viper 4.0 units both & Received ZERO battery to operate either unit So had I not purchased the Extra Battery kit I would have not been able to even utilize the $1200 equipment (possible i miss read the small print somehow) also found it odd I never got the opportunity to send any feedback on the purchase of the units themselves So unfortunately I am giving feedback here but Again this item is top notch worked Great... thx for your time

HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit

Everything went well with my order but I never received the free mount for the helmet to night gear. I filled out all the info and sent with my order I thought. But I was supposed to get it free with everything I purchased. Everything else is fantastic for the price.

HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit

The product is fine, it just took a very long time to get here. I will say that whenever I reached out to customer service, I always received a quick response which was a plus and quite honestly the only reason I didn't end up canceling my order!

HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit

I have to get it a 3 star. I gave it this cause I don't know how well a job it does yet. My Viper 4.0 was stolen in shipping and its been 15 days since I got the package with junk in it instead. Hopefully I will get a new one sent to me soon and I will be able to give a better review of the products.

HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit

Very glad I got these as the units themselves did not come with batteries. I assumed they would but was wrong. I haven’t put them through their paces beyond an initial test of a two hour ruck. They were fully charged within half an hour afterwards
