PREDATOR CARE: Subscription and Cancellation Policy

PREDATOR CARE is a lens protection plan sold only with a PREDATOR. It costs $5 per month or $49 per year and renews automatically on the same day each period until you cancel. Your card is charged at each renewal through our checkout.

Cancel any time from your account (Manage subscription) or by emailing info@nightoperators.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Charges already made are not refunded, and cover continues to the end of the period you paid for.

A claim replaces the same lens that was damaged (a 4 mm for a 4 mm, a 13 mm for a 13 mm), once every 12 months, for accidental damage to the lens glass or threads, while the plan is active and paid. Email a photo of the damaged lens with your order number. You do not need to return the broken lens unless we ask.

When you add the plan with your PREDATOR, or within 30 days of your PREDATOR order, cover starts the day your PREDATOR is delivered. If you add it later for a PREDATOR you already own, cover starts 30 days after your first payment.

If a renewal payment fails, we try again up to 3 times, then the plan ends.
