HEAT + VIPER

Before the first night
Charge for two full hours from a wall outlet before first use, and again whenever the unit has sat unused. The units have no charging light. The battery icon on the screen is the only charge indicator and it can show full at around 80 percent, so give it the full two hours. Charge from a wall outlet, not a power bank.
Never point a powered unit at the sun, a laser or any bright light. Keep the lens cap on when you are not looking through it.
Do not open the housing. An opened unit is outside the warranty.
Do not touch the glass. Use the lens cloth from the box.
Two identical units on the bridge
The 2X VIPER Bridge and the HEAT and VIPER Bridge use two monoculars of the same shape. There is no left unit and no right unit. Mount them with the IR illuminator and battery side of both housings facing to the right. On a HEAT and VIPER pair, put the HEAT on the right eye and the VIPER on the left eye. If the images do not line up, push the two units closer together on the rail first.
